Born on April 14, 1956, in Yerevan, Armenia.

EDUCATION

1973-1978: Radio-Electronics Department of the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute. Graduated as Engineer of Electronics.
1976-1978: Social Professions Department of the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute. Graduated as Technical Translator of French Language.

SCIENTIFIC EXPERIANCE

1990: PhD Degree in Mathematical Science (Yerevan Institute of Mathematical Science). Author of 10 inventions and more than 30 scientific works.
Since 1995: Scientific Researches in Political Science.

Since 2011: Professor, Head of UNESCO Chair on Human Rights, Democracy and European Studies of Brusov State University of Languages and Social Sciences.
Since 2012: Scientific Head of the Center of Perspective Researches and Initiatives.
Since 2014: Editor in Chief of the “Armenian Journal of Political Science”.
